Day 1

Upon arrival to the Colombo airport our ground handling team will whisk you away from the hassling city life to sway in the lap of mother nature. A five star beach resort will be your own paradise for next 5 days. At a time most suitable for you, we will take you to the inbuilt Ayurvedic pavilion.

While you enjoy the welcoming drink, an Ayurvedic doctor will be glad to talk to you. After the consultation a steam bath and sauna will prepare your body for a healing body wrap, then a scrub to shed all the dead skin away and make your body glow. Then you will experience a deep relaxation and healing bliss with the strokes of massage therapist in a full body massage. Your body is calmed and it will sure reflect more on your face with the mini facial you receive today. End your soothing first day of treatment with a steaming herbal drink and aromatic fresh fruit platter.

Day 2

Good night sleep you had will show the wonders yesterday’s treatment had done to you. Today would not be any less. After you satisfy your taste buds with a fresh fruit drink, its time to satisfy your body with a sensuous flower bath. All your tensed muscles will be relaxed in the therapeutic moist of this fragrant bath. Then allow to nourish your body with nature with a rich body wrap carefully applied onto your skin. A gentle yet a very effective scrub is then carried out for a full body exfoliation. While your skin rejuvenates in a sumptuous moisturizer after the body massage, a special head massage will take off all the negative energy of your body and calm your spirit. Probably you might fall asleep by the time this relaxing, re-energizing massage wraps up. You will be awakened with renewed vitality, strengthened life force and truly pampered body. The complementary fresh fruit platter and herbal drink would please your hunger healthily.

Day 3

After the tasteful welcome drink, a quality time in steam bath and sauna would shed some pounds off your new body and prepare your skin for deep cleansing regime. Enjoy this tropical treat of the body wrap and the scrub specially designed to detoxify your body. Experienced hands of your therapist will do arts if not wonders with those strokes, pressures and rolling of her hands over your body which would make you so light, you may feel like floating. As your body getting glower every single day, a full facial today would bring back your inner beauty to your face. Your fruit platter will be waiting and the herbal tea will be brewing for you by the end of the session. Once you are done with these, you are off for the day from Ayurvedic treatment and free for excursions. If you spend last two days diving, and snorkeling, we could arrange something totally different today…quite like visit to a turtle hatchery.

Day 4

We welcome you for another day of ayurvedic treatment with a pure oriental drink. You will be taken through another sauna and steam bath session today. Then you will be enveloped by herbal wrap made of best food for your skin. Gentle exfoliation will be followed through, which will leave you smell like a flower and feel like a butterfly. Then full body massage and a thorough shoulder, neck and face massage would definitely disconnect you from the world and take you to a restful nap. Once you are awake, discover radiant and energetic you and next to you is the platter of fresh fruits and the hot herbal drink – awaiting you. As you are getting closer to nature with this ayurvedic treatments why not go on and see more wonders of nature. A ride in glass bottomed boat to see beautiful coral reefs or a boat ride down Madu river through dark mangroves would be just the excursion you need.

Fragranted with essential oils, lit with aromatic candles today ayurvedic pavilion awaits you for its final day of retreat. Plunge into flower bath and let herbs release pollutants from your system while you sip a delicious herbal drink. Then a rich layer of herbs carefully chosen to nurture your skin will be applied all over your body. Once all the goodness of the body wrap is absorbed by your skin, a full body scrub will be given to you leaving no place for flaky, dead or dry skin in your body. Now your body is ready for the soothing full body massage. Finally let us put the “finishing touches” with a mini facial, pedicure and a manicure. Terms & Conditions of the tour / services offered by Heart Attached Holidays (Forms an integral part of the contract)

Cost includes:

• Meeting and assistance at the airport on arrival and airport transfer.
• Accommodation at hotels specified or similar with Breakfast starting from day 2.
• Transportation in an Air-conditioned car (up to 3 pax) / van (up to 10 pax) / coaches (for larger groups) with English speaking driver guide / guide lecturers as applicable. Guides with
  other languages are available on requests. A surcharge may be applicable.
• All local taxes.

Cost excludes:

• Air fare.
• Visa processing charges.
• Lunch, dinner or any other supplement.
• Camera and video permits.
• Optional excursions.
• Entrance Fees are NOT included to any of the attractions, unless mentioned above.
• Tips, gratuity and porter charges.
• Cost of beverages throughout the tour.

Payment Conditions:

• Payment only should be made once you receive your Proforma Invoice from Heart Attached (Pvt) Ltd.
• In converting foreign currencies, prevailing selling rates of Central Bank of Sri Lanka will be used.
• Six weeks or more prior to the travel date – 50% of the total tour cost.
• Six weeks or less – 100% of the tour cost.
• Flexible payment plans can be discussed.
• All the bank charges including inter-bank charges on account of the client.
• Heart Attached bears all local bank charges.
• Credit card payments will attract additional 4%.

Other Conditions:

• In the event of government revising taxes or exchange rates (upward revision), clients will be requested to make the differences.
• Once confirmed hotels can only be changed or cancelled within cancellation period. Cancellation fee may be applicable. Please request more details of the hotels if required or visit
  their websites / reviews for more information.
• Excursions / day tours except the ones agreed in the above programme are optional and could be provided n additional fees.
• Entrance Fees are NOT included to any of the attractions, unless mentioned above.
• Travel insurance is not included in the above cost.
• Visits to wild life parks will be at clients’ own risk.
• Jeeps available are very basic with basic insurance cover (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles used for tours).

Cancellation Charges:

• 15 days or less – 100% cancellation charge. This is in general and may vary depends on the hotels.
• Between 16 days and 30 days – 50% cancellation charges or the equivalent of the first two days charges depending on the programme and period of stay.
• Above 30 days – No cancellation charges, provided no commitment or advances are made to 3rd parties.

Hotel rules and regulations:

• The official check-in time at all hotels will be 14hrs.
• The official check-out time at all hotels will be 11hrs.
• Early check- in and late check-out are chargeable.
• Heart Attached Holidays always strive to provide complimentary early check-in and late check-out. This depends on the season and availability of the rooms.
• Cancellation policy will be applicable for any reduction of rooms after the release period.
• All the supplements should be directly paid to the hotel.
