Day 1: Airport to Colombo, 1 Hr

At Colombo airport you will be warmly welcomed with garlands by a member of our ground handling team. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the Colombo.

Colombo is the commercial capital and the largest city of Sri Lanka. It is a city of contrast with aged old buildings and contemporary condominiums, green gardens and lands filled with modern buildings. Shopping is the most famous activity among any visitor to Colombo. Don’t forget to shop for an extra baggage too!

Afternoon city tour will provide you a glimpse of Colombo city. Thereafter enjoy shopping for you and family.

Dinner and overnight stay at Galadari (4*) – Colombo

Day 2: Colombo to Kandy, 4Hrs

Once you finish your Breakfast we will take you to see an interesting lively bunch having their breakfast! At Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, you will witness how the baby elephants are lovingly bottle fed, wander around in their 100,000m2 foster home and how some 90 or more elephants enjoy their bath time.After that memorable merry time with jumbos you will be heading to Kandy, hill capital of the Sri Lanka.

Afternoon city tour will make sure you will not miss a stroll down the Kandy lake, a bargain or two at the Market square and a visit to holy Temple of Lord Buddha’s tooth relic.

In the evening, it will be the time for you to enjoy traditional drum beats and dance steps of island’s rich culture in the ‘cultural Show”.

Day 3: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, 3 Hrs

Today morning you will be one of the 1.4 million people visiting the “Royal Botanical Garden” annually. You will see and feel a lot more to treasure in this beautiful garden apart from its famous collection of Orchids.

Then start a hideaway to the cool hill resort of the island – Nuwara Eliya, 6,000 feet above sea level. Warm yourself up with a cup of pure Ceylon tea offered complimentary at the Tea factory! On the way to Nuwara Eliya witness gushing waterfalls, green carpeted tea estates and vegetation.

Experience the peace and beauty of an English country side, here. With its cool climate, fully bloomed blossoms and well kept lawns and gardens everywhere you would feel its like heaven.

Dinner and overnight stay at Grand Hotel (Superior) – Nuwara Eliya (4*) 

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya to Negombo, 6 Hrs

Leave this incredibly stunning piece of nature of Nuwara Eliya to listen to rhythmatic waves of aqua blue sea and lay in the pristine sandy beach of Negombo. Your route is via Kitulgala, which is the filming location of the 1957 Academy award winning film “The bridge on the River Kwai” and an equally famous place for white water rafting. Dare taking a ride, surely you will not regret for second. Reach the luxurious beach hotel in Negombo by evening, the ideal time to watch the golden sun soak into the calm sea.

Dinner and overnight stay at Club Dolphin (4*) – Negombo

Day 5:Departure, 45 min  Cup of Ceylon Tea

Wrap up your unforgettable Sri Lanka journey with a good cup of pure Ceylon tea. Then we will be taking you to Airport to connect departure flight. Have a safe journey!

Terms and Conditions (Forms an integral part of the contract)

Cost includes:

• Meeting and assistance at the airport on arrival and airport transfer
• Accommodation at hotels specified or similar with Breakfast starting from day 2
• Transportation in an Air-conditioned Car ( up to 3 pax) or Van (4 – 10 pax) with English speaking driver guide
• All local taxes

Cost excludes:

• Air fare
• Visa processing charges
• Lunch, dinner or any other supplements
• Camera and video permits
• Optional excursions
• Tips and porter charges
• Cost of beverages throughout the tour
• Any other services not specified above

Payment Conditions:

• Payment only should be made once you receive your Invoice from Heart Attached (Pvt) Ltd
• Six weeks or more prior to the travel date – 50% of the total tour cost
• Six weeks or less – 100% of the tour cost
• All the bank charges borne by the remitter. Local bank charges borne by us
• Credit card payment will attract additional 4% to 5% charges depending on the card type

Other Conditions:

• Once confirmed hotels can be changed within cancellation window only with a cancellation fee. Please request more details of the hotels if required or visit their websites / reviews for more information
• Excursions / day tours except the ones agreed in the above programme are optional and could be provided on an additional fee
• Entrance Fees are NOT included to any of the attractions, unless mentioned above
• Travel insurance is not included in the above cost
• Visits to wild life parks will be at client’s own risk
• Jeeps available are very basic with basic insurance cover (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles used for tours)

Cancellation Charges:

• 15 days or less – 100% cancellation charge
• Between 16 days and 30 days – 50% cancellation charges or the equivalent of the first two days charges depending on the programme and period of stay
• Above 30 days – No cancellation charges provided no commitment or advances are made to 3rd parties
• During peak seasons, (e.g. Dec – Jan) 100% cancellation charge applicable for cancellation within 30 days

Hotel rules and regulations:

• The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1400hrs
• The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1100hrs
• Early check-in and late check-out are on availability basis
• Cancellation policy will be applicable for any reduction of rooms after the release period
• All the supplements should be directly paid to the hotel
