Day 1 – 2: Airport to Kandy, 4 Hrs

Arrive to Sri Lanka to be warmly welcomed with garlands by a representative of our ground handling team. Refreshing drinks of King Coconut and a fresh fruit palette you were presented inside the luxury coach will give you yet another grand welcome to this precious island. Then you will be taken away to a truly romantic hideaway in the hill capital of Kandy.

The drive of 90 minutes to your destination today is incredibly fascinating. The famous Pinnawala Elephant orphanage is enroute, if you wish to hop in.

If you don’t want to miss a minute of been together drive straight to Villa Glasshouse – your romantic boutique hotel today. Glasshouse – ideally located in the Victoria Golf Club offers breathtaking views and a super luxury hideaway for lovers.

Day 3 – 4: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, 3 Hrs

Your journey to Nuwara Eliya starts today morning. Located 6000ft above the sea leveI, Nuwara Eliya is inarguably another exotic location for lovers. With pleasantly chilled climate, fully bloomed blossoms, neatly trimmed gardens, Victorian style houses, and emerald green tea valleys it’s an English countryside’s spring day here….. everyday.
Tea Plant- your boutique hotel for these two days is a beautifully designed villa overlooking the Gregory Lake and rolling lush green hills of Nuwara Eliya. If you want to tuck into the lavender smelling, petal soft sheets, a sumptuous bed awaits you. Verandas offer serene scenes you can gaze upon for endless hours while curled up to a chair sipping together a freshly brewed cup of pure Ceylon tea.

Day 5:  Nuwara Eliya to Yala, 4 Hrs

Leave the English town of Nuwara Eliya and reach Yala in a drive passing green vegetations, reserved forestry and humble villages. Enter to the Yala national park, where totally new experience awaits you.

Your home is the thick jungle today! Rest and relax in the custom made luxurious camp in the Mahoora Safari Camp. With high roof allowing you to walk about unhindered and attached bathroom with hot water showers this Safari camp is certainly the five star luxury within the wilderness. Tonight you can enjoy a candle lit romantic dinner of five courses under the star-lit sky or have a fun filled BBQ with the roaring campfire as the backdrop.

Next morning complete your jungle experience with a wild safari.

Day 6: Yala to Galle, 4 Hrs

Your romantic holiday will take you from adventurous camping site to the sounds of waves and seagulls this afternoon. Galle Fort hotel located the in Galle; down-south of Sri Lanka is simply the perfection of a beach resort. Secluded and seducing, stylish yet graceful this is a finest hideaway for honeymooners and lovers alike. You can enjoy many beach sports or simply take a stroll on the golden sandy beach. With the food to die for and opulent rooms to call your home you may even not look out of the hotel wall!

Dinner and overnight stay in Galle Fort Hotel – Galle.

Day 7: Departure, Galle to Airport, 2 Hrs

We will take you to the airport to connect with the departure flight. Have a safe journey!

Terms and Conditions (Forms an integral part of the contract)

Cost includes:

• Meeting and assistance at the airport on arrival and airport transfer
• Accommodation at hotels specified or similar with Breakfast starting from day 2
• Transportation in an Air-conditioned Car ( up to 3 pax) or Van (4 – 10 pax) with English speaking driver guide
• All local taxes

Cost excludes:

• Air fare
• Visa processing charges
• Lunch, dinner or any other supplements
• Camera and video permits
• Optional excursions
• Tips and porter charges
• Cost of beverages throughout the tour
• Any other services not specified above

Payment Conditions:

• Payment only should be made once you receive your Invoice from Heart Attached (Pvt) Ltd
• Six weeks or more prior to the travel date – 50% of the total tour cost
• Six weeks or less – 100% of the tour cost
• All the bank charges borne by the remitter. Local bank charges borne by us
• Credit card payment will attract additional 4% to 5% charges depending on the card type

Other Conditions:

• Once confirmed hotels can be changed within cancellation window only with a cancellation fee. Please request more details of the hotels if required or visit their websites / reviews for more information
• Excursions / day tours except the ones agreed in the above programme are optional and could be provided on an additional fee
• Entrance Fees are NOT included to any of the attractions, unless mentioned above
• Travel insurance is not included in the above cost
• Visits to wild life parks will be at client’s own risk
• Jeeps available are very basic with basic insurance cover (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles used for tours)

Cancellation Charges:

• 15 days or less – 100% cancellation charge
• Between 16 days and 30 days – 50% cancellation charges or the equivalent of the first two days charges depending on the programme and period of stay
• Above 30 days – No cancellation charges provided no commitment or advances are made to 3rd parties
• During peak seasons, (e.g. Dec – Jan) 100% cancellation charge applicable for cancellation within 30 days

Hotel rules and regulations:

• The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1400hrs
• The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1100hrs
• Early check-in and late check-out are on availability basis
• Cancellation policy will be applicable for any reduction of rooms after the release period
• All the supplements should be directly paid to the hotel
