Manager - Tour Operations

We are looking for seasoned candidate to fill this position. The candidate should have managed a mid-tier travel operation in Sri Lanka for at least 03 years in the capacity of a Manager with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving the set targets (P&L responsibility)
  • Overall responsibility for Inbound & outbound tour
  • Business development
  • Team management and motivation
  • Tariff and contract negotiations
  • Handling and managing client issues
  • Dealing with overseas partners
Education:

Preference will be given to holder of a degree in Hospitality Management / Member of CIM / SLIM.

Prospective candidate should be fluent in written and spoken English, computer savvy and presentable. Overseas exposure and other languages will be viewed as a positive factors.

Senior Travel Executive - Inbound

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 02 years experience in a reputed organization in handling Inbound tours
  • Experience in preparing tour itineraries and costing
  • Experience in handling client issues
  • Experience in dealing with chauffeur / tour guides
  • Prior experience in dealing with hotels & logistics
  • Thorough knowledge of Sri Lanka and its attractions
  • Able to work out independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Experience in MS suite is required
  • Excellent command of English ( both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Arabic, Mandarin, French, etc would be a plus
  • Candidate should be above 24 years
Education:
Candidate should have completed A/L examination or possesses part qualification in SLIM / CIM.
